Located in the heart of Easton Park, The Union is the community's 14,000 square-foot amenity center. The Union captures the funk and flavor of Austin with a resort style pool, a club-style fitness center, event space, outdoor fire pits, and a music jam station!

Discovery Park is located just south of Newton Collins Elementary. Our newest neighborhood section will be home to trails, natural areas, and recreational park space, as well as 273 Single-Family Homes and Urban Courtyard Homes on homesites ranging from 45 to 60 feet.

Kieke Park is named for the family that owned much of the original land of Easton Park. The neighborhood is located in the south area along the east side of Apogee Road. Choose from our popular Courtyard Homes and Single-Family Homes on lots ranging from 50 to 70 ft. Trails wind through the neighborhood, giving Kieke Park residents easy access to Easton Park’s onsite elementary school, Newton Collins. With 1.5 acres of green space, Kieke Park is the place to play. Kids love the large playground with play cubes, a climbing wall, swings, and a rope structure. Rest under the community pavilion or walk the winding pathways with seats commemorating members of the Kieke family.

At 21 acres, Skyline Park is our largest green space and home to one of the highest points in the neighborhood. With scenic views of downtown Austin, this signature park offers a pavilion with event lawn, splash pad, zip line, swings, hillside slides, many play areas, heritage trees, bathrooms, and spots for quiet reflection.

Nestled in the heart of Easton Park just off of William Cannon, Union Village is located within close walking distance of Newton Collins Elementary. Union Village offers our extremely popular lineup of vibrant and low-maintenance Urban Homes.
